With Colissimo, all orders placed before 13H00 (French Time) are shipped the same day from Monday to Friday and before 10h00 for Saturday (excluding holidays).
With Chronopost (Express Delivery), any order placed before 13H00 (French Time) is shipped the same day (this carrier is available only for few European countries).
We take special care when packing your orders, to avoid any risk of leakage or breakage.
Once the package has been delivered to the carrier, an e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number to track its routing.
The shipping costs are applied according to the choice of your delivery method. They are offered from 40€ of purchases for Metropolitan France and from 70€ of purchases for European Countries in Colissimo Points-relais and at home with signature.

If the package could not be delivered to your home because you were away, the delivery person must leave a notice of passage in your mailbox, in order to arrange a new delivery or to fill in the address of a Relay Point where the package will be delivered.
Note that there will never be the word Poppers or the name of a product on the packages we deliver, in order to preserve the discretion of our customers.
